TestStand-based test of high-power capacitors used in defibrillators and satellites.  Manages high-voltage charging, measurement and SPC of key characteristics, stores results in local and network databases, generates travelers and reports per Navy specifications. Replaces PLC based system with TestStand and LabVIEW for user-confident solution with proven results.
